FAMILY REPRESENTATION
My passion has always been for the individual and the family. In 1996, I decided to define my profession instead of allowing my profession and education to define me. I left my career at the Detroit Medical Center and started my own law practice so I could concentrate working with families and helping them manage the business of their life.

Ross Legal Group, P.C. is devoted to helping families manage their business in life. This business includes their divorces, continued child support and custody matters, finances, and implementation of divorce Judgments. I have extensive experience in these areas, as I have been doing this for over 17 years. I also have extensive experience in estate planning, elder law and re-arranging assets for nursing home care, reviewing real estate contracts and residential closing documents, landlord/tenant, and writing and defending contracts.

To round out my experience, I represent small residential builders and small business owners on contract development and enforcement and I represent a large computer corporation enforcing its contracts.

From 2005 to 2010 I represented the Department of Human Services on their neglect petitions. This continual representation allowed me to hone my trial skills, as I tried up to 20 cases per year.
